"The ball" by Cereal Bakery

Special bread for a special event.
Last week we had the chance to visit Cereal Bakery, where Jordi Caballero does his magic. He is part of the second generation of bakers, which means he has grown surrounded by this old and special tradition. But today we're here to show you something really important for us but even more if possible for Javingfun.
As in cycling, where tradition is one of the fundamental values, from the Italian frame building masters, going through everything to the big cycling industry we know in the actual times. Something similar happens when we talk about artisan bakers. When we think about bread, we imagine something usual and simple, but at the same time, it can be much more complex than we think it is. It takes years of tradition, knowledge, and time to get the perfect bread.
The Velodrom annual challenge is the Barcelona - Cadaqués, a 250km route of road cycling, that goes through Montseny, and taking advantage of our recently opened store, we make a pit-stop in Girona, where you'll enjoy the Cereal bakery's customized bread made for the occasion.
We know that for some, the second part of the route will be tough as hell, we decided that we wanted to give you no more, no less than a BALL, as good and big as the one some of you will go through. ;)
