Escape with us through the coastal Pyrenees with this 4-day tour.
Our Pyrenees experience showcases the best of the Pyrenees on a 3-day expedition from Girona. Starting in Girona, we'll take you through the beautiful rolling roads and plains of the Empordà before ascending to St Pere de Rodes, crossing the coast into France and venturing between the villages of the lower Pyrenees.
This route has it all, from the fields of the Empordà, the wide coastal roads, the breathtaking climbs of the Pyrenees and the beauty of the Garrotxa National Park. With a total elevation gain of 8000m, be sure to bring your climbing gear for this adventure.
This trip is best enjoyed at any time of the year, except July and August when the summer is at its most intense.

- Day 1: Transfer to Girona. Bike fitting and briefing. Girona to Port de la Selva via Cadaqués.105km - 1390m
- Day 2: Port de la Selva to Maçanet de Cabrenys. 120km - 2200m
- Day 3: From Maçanet de Cabrenys to Camprodon. 81km - 2200m
- Day 4: From Camprodon to Girona - Farewell to the Tour. 99km - 1100m

The Pyrenees Escape by road from Girona is a tour designed for people who like to ride and enjoy beautiful days on the bike.
On our supported tours we like to keep everyone together on the flats and save energy for the key climbs of the day. We invite participants to ride at their own pace up each climb and regroup at the top.
Above all, we are flexible. Our detailed knowledge of the area allows our team of guides to adapt to your group: sometimes clients want to go further and look for more challenges and sometimes they want to slow things down. Just tell your guides how you feel and they will do the rest to make sure you have the best possible time on your trip.
If you need a break, the support vehicle is never far away.

FOR NON-CYCLISTS
This is a great tour for non-cycling partners or family to join. Girona is a beautiful city with a great culture of cafes, shops and restaurants. The Dali Museum is a short train ride away in Figueres and the Catalan capital of Barcelona is just 40 minutes by train. Or relax at the Roman spa in Girona. We will work with non-cyclists before the trip to create your perfect holiday itinerary.

Fully supported tour
If you decide to join one of our scheduled tours, the rides are fully supported by our team of guides and vehicles.
The support vehicle is stocked with natural nutrition, electrolytes and water. Lunches will be enjoyed at our favourite cafes along the route or served by your support team at scenic locations along the route.
All our guides are experienced cyclists from all walks of life united by a love of cycling who will help keep the group safe, motivated and savouring the ride of a lifetime.
Mechanical support is close by at all times.
Self-guided
We also offer this package as a self-guided tour. Guests will receive a welcome from our team, a road book detailing each day's driving and a wahoo GPS device with pre-loaded routes. We will also include recommendations for coffee, lunch and dinner stops.
