KOMOREBI GRAVEL SERIES STAGE 1

Sometimes things don't turn out as you expect, and sometimes they turn out better than you expected.... Fortunately, in our humble opinion, last Saturday we experienced one of the most exciting cycling days we have ever lived. More than 250 clients and friends gathered at the iconic Sant Gregori Castle, Girona, to enjoy an incredible gravel route.

The day began early with a delicious breakfast, accompanied by sweets courtesy of Cereal Bakery "paired" with specialty coffee courtesy of Hidden Coffee Roasters, which provided us with caffeine and energy to face the route ahead. The route took us through some of the most impressive landscapes of the area, like the Col de las Palomeras (which more than one will remember how it "rocks" in the last kilometer), with ramps of 17% and rewarding us with spectacular views. At the refreshment points, we had the support of Fuel+, our favorite nutrition brand "made in Girona" which provided us with gels and energy bars to ensure we reached the end of the route.

Upon returning to the Race Village at the castle, a vibrant atmosphere awaited us, with live rumba music that lifted everyone's spirits. We enjoyed an appetizer courtesy of Patatas Piqué which whetted our appetite for the catering prepared by Mimolet.

We could see live the Aurum Manto colab with Gemini and Fulcrum, a beauty of a bike that attracted all eyes.

And for the family and the little ones, the inflatable castles were a complete success. In the end, we enjoyed a day full of cycling, laughter, fun, and community.
